Four hundred guest and bath rooms were renovated including ADA upgrades and corridors. Complete guest room upgrades included granite, bath floors, shower surrounds and new FF & E. Public space upgrades included bar and lounge, new front desk, concierge, lobby, ballrooms and pre-function rooms. Twenty-eight feet tall aluminum anodized column enclosures were prefabricated and installed during the lobby renovation while operations and hotel use of these spaces continued.
