The Doubletree Seattle Airport is a 20-acre property whose renovations included guest rooms, tower suites, concourses and ADA upgrades. Self-performed all drywall and carpentry work. Design/build of all suites and ADA rooms was necessary to accommodate the existing mechanical systems. Six hundred (600) balcony rails were required to meet ADA requirements. Due to the logistics of this property, it was necessary to work in 3 different buildings and in more than 250 rooms simultaneously.
